Consent
VITALL’s consent management system is designed using the Meaningful Consent Principles. This means we are always explicit, transparent, and understandable when communicating consent requirements with clients. We ensure our clients are in control of their consent.
The four key elements of meaningful consent are:
- What personal information is being collected?
- With whom will it be shared?
- For what purposes is it being collected, used, or disclosed?
- What, if any, are the risks of harm and other consequences?
Additionally, we ensure that:
- you are provided with a clear choice
- consent processes are user-friendly
- We obtain new consent when making significant changes
