The VITALL Engage™ Emergency Access feature empowers any first responder, anywhere in the world to access your emergency health record, medication list, and other relevant health history details, when caring for you in an emergency.

Your VITALL Engage™ emergency medical record helps prevent unnecessary complications like drug interactions, allergic reactions, or the use of inappropriate treatment for your unique health situation.
Emergency Access Explained
How does Emergency Access work?
Emergency Access enables first responders or medical staff to view your emergency medical record. If needed, an individual can access your emergency record by visiting www.vitall.com/emergencyaccess or tapping your membership card with an NFC enabled device and inputting the following information:
- VITALL Client Number
- Client Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Reason for Access
The individual accessing your emergency record must have your VITALL membership card and some form of your identification to know this information.
